We offer mobile lab testing services, including but not limited to blood draws, sample collection, and diagnostic testing. All services are provided by qualified medical professionals following industry standards.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian. You must also provide accurate and complete information during the registration and service request process.

3. Appointment Scheduling

  • Availability: Services are available by appointment only. You can schedule appointments through our website, mobile app, or by phone.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee.

4. Service Area

Our mobile lab services are available in specific geographic locations. Please check if your area is covered before booking an appointment.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services provided. Pricing for services will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payment is required before or at the time of service.

  • Insurance: We may accept certain insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your provider. Any costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility.

6. Medical Records and Confidentiality

  • Delivery: Test results will be provided to you electronically unless otherwise requested. You are responsible for following up with your healthcare provider regarding any results.

  • No Diagnosis: Our Services do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a healthcare provider for interpretation of results and appropriate medical advice.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of service. Failure to do so may result in delays or inaccuracies in your test results.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all instructions provided by our medical professionals during the appointment.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • No Warranty: Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of test results or the continuity of service.

  • Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
